Location: 9101 Hillcrest Ave (formerly McKinley Elementary)
Himawari Preschool is located in a quiet residential area of Livonia, just south of I-96 between Middlebelt and Merriman. We are in the former McKinley Elementary next to Franklin High School. There is a wonderful playground at the school, as well as play equipment, swimming pools, ice skating rinks, tennis courts, and 2 parks all within a half-mile radius.
For vigorous activity, there are also bike paths, green areas, and lots of room to just run around -- something our kids really need!
We are in rooms 4, 5 and 6, just down the hall from the main entrance on the north side of the building.
